Aarusha Homes established in October 2007, is dedicated to finding housing solutions for low income customers and students. Aarusha is promoted by three professionals with national and international experience in urban and infrastructure sectors. Initial shareholders, who either set up or run large businesses in legal and taxation, real estate and finance sectors, also have domain knowledge and networks that promote the objective of Aarusha.

The dormitory/hostel business, which was operationalized on August 1, 2008, is positioned within the context of migration of rural youth to urban areas. The service consists of providing affordable, clean, functional and shared rental accommodation in several locations in cities of Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai.

Aarusha also provides counseling and post placement services to rural youth who come to cities for the first time for work. The counseling services will also help in retention of rural youth in employment. Aarusha also acts as a comfort provider to the rural youth of EGMM.
