Handle walk in enquiries, telephonic inquiries, trials, and all member needs in the club
Completing all administrative formalities during enrolment of new members in the absence of Admin.
Making follow up calls to inquiries, trials, renewals and members with balance payments.
Getting names from members to add to the referral program.
Updating the DCR and handing over the software generated receipt to the member on the spot after receiving a payment. Keeping the received collection in the safe in the absence of the admin.
Deposit all the collection of the previous day into the bank after complete necessary accounting procedures for the same and sending the Bank slips to the HO in the absence of the admin
Achieving sales targets set by the management.
Giving the collection report to the Club Manager as well as the Sales Manager.
Process all mails received from the corporate office
Checking on the staffing on the gym floor and reporting the same to the concerned HODs in the absence of manager / asst manager.
Hand over the shift to the next front desk on duty.
Ensure optimum use of electricity on the club floor.
Participation in Marketing activities like (flyer distribution/ free 3 days trial vouchers distribution)
Making minimum 80 calls per day.
Creating daily 5 new expected.
Creating daily 2 POS 2 referrals.
Booking of minimum 3 trials daily.
Salary:INR 1,00,000 - 2,25,000 P.A
