One 3 bedroom hall kitchen terrace flat on the second floor made by combining two flats.Built up Area of the said flat is 1800 sq feet along with the terraces .The flats are located in Candolim and lies in the tourist belt of North Goa.

All the flats are located in one wing which consists of six flats.The entrance to the said wing is totally different from the other residents.The terrace is also usable exclusively by the six flat residents only.
Candolim
Candolim is located adjacent to Calangute/Baga on one side and Sinquerim on the other side and shares the same shoreline/beach.
Candolim has a lighthouse at Aguada,Aguada jail on the hill ,Aguada Fort besides boating, parasailing and water scooters.
Candolim is also the Venue for various Music festivals like Sunburn etc.
Amenities
All flats have a geyser/cable tv/ 1.5 tonne a/c in one bedroom,fridge, beds, fans, furniture etc.
One Bedroom Flat- Ground Floor- 1 unit
Flat has a bedroom fitted with a 1.5 tonne O General Split a/c, cable tv in the hall, fridge in the kitchen, and two verandahs and a toilet cum bathroom with a geyser. Beds for 4 persons.Total 3 separate rooms.Area 700 sq feet built up area.
Rate Rs.1800/- per day for 4 persons. 
Rate Rs.6000/- per day for 5 persons from 25th December to 2nd January.  
Two Bedroom Flat- Ground and First Floor-3 units
Flat has two bedrooms, one of which is fitted with a 1.5 tonne O General a/c, cable tv in the hall, fridge in the kitchen, sofa/ sofa chairs dinning table with chairs in the hall ,and two verandahs and a toilet cum bathroom with a geyser and a separate toilet. Total 4 separate rooms.Area 900 sq feet built up area.Beds for 5 persons.
Rate Rs.2200/- per day for 5 persons. 
Rate Rs.7000/- per day for 6 persons from 25th December to 2nd January. 
One Bedroom Terrace Flat- Second Floor- 2 units.
Flat has a bedrooms which is fitted with a 1.5 tonne a/c, cable tv or microwave in the hall, a fridge in the kitchen, sofa and sofa chairs or dinning table with chairs in the kitchen ,and a private terrace a toilet cum bathroom with a geyser . Area 900 sq feet built up area with the two private terraces.
Rate Rs.2200/- per day for upto 5 persons. Beds will be provided for 2 persons and matresses for 3 others. 
Rate Rs.7000/- per day for 6 persons from 25th December to 2nd January. 
Cooking
• Cooking facilities with utensils can be provided but will have to be cleaned and returned.Gas charges of Rs.100 per day.No charges for making of tea/coffee.
• T.V or Microwave in each flat

Extra Person
Rs.150 will be charged for an extra person.
Rs.500 will be charged for an extra person between 22nd December and 1st January 
.Special Monsoon Rates from 15th June to

15th October for upto 5 persons with
aircondition Rs.1200/- Rs.1400/- per day.
